• Shipping is free to the US, EU, UK & AU on most items. On some items, we may have a weight-based shipping fee. Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can!

How Do We Ship Packages:

• Packages from our warehouse are shipped by ePacket, EMS, 4PX, Express Shipping or USPS depending on the size of the product.

Returns & Refunds:

Eligibility For Refund: If you never receive the item, you will be refunded after 60 days of shipment. The refunded amount will credited to your debit/credit card, or bank account within 3-10 business days.

If you don't like the item & want to return it. You will have to email us first. We will send you the return shipping label & after we receive the item, you will be refunded. The refunded amount will credited to your debit/credit card, or bank account within 3-10 business days.

If the product is damaged in transit, free replacement is available.

Exchanges (if applicable):

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@atomoracle.com.

• If there is a manufacturing defect or goods delivered to you in damaged condition, we will send you another one at no extra cost.
