Returns & Refunds:
Eligibility For Refund: If you never receive the item, you will be refunded after 60 days of shipment (The processing charges will be deducted).
If you don't like the item & want to return it. You will have to pay for the return shipping (Always use trackable shipping to return the item). After we receive the item, we will give you a refund (Excluding the return shipping cost & processing charges).
For some specific items, there is no return shipping cost. We will send you the return shipping label & after we receive the item, you will be refunded (The processing charges will be deducted).
If the product is damaged in transit, replacement is available.
Exchanges (if applicable):
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
- If there is a manufacturing defect or goods are delivered to you in damaged condition, we will send you another one at no extra cost.
- If you don't like the product, color, or variant of the product & want to exchange it with another color or variant, then you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You can cancel your order before we ship it (Email us & we will cancel your order). The order can't be canceled after shipping.
