How Do We Ship Packages:
Packages from our warehouse are shipped by ePacket, EMS, 4PX, Express Shipping or USPS depending on the size of the product.
Eligibility For Refund: If you never receive the item, you will be refunded after 70 days of shipment. The refunded amount will credited to your debit/credit card, or bank account within 3-10 business days.
If you don't like the item & want to return it. You will have to email us first. We will send you the return shipping label & after we receive the item, you will be refunded. The refunded amount will credited to your debit/credit card, or bank account within 3-10 business days.
If the product is damaged in transit, free replacement is available.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If there is a manufacturing defect or goods delivered to you in damaged condition, we will send you another one at no extra cost.
