How to use the 9d cat eyes magnetic color soak off UV gel nail polish:

1. Wash hands, wipe nails, and remove the cuticle.
2. Brush a thin layer of Velalisa primer gel, waiting for 1 minute.
3. Brush a thin layer of Velalisa base coat, curing for 1-2 min with the UV lamp.
